THOUGHT THERAPIST

SUPPORTING WOMEN IN SUSSEX & ONLINE

Overthinking? Feeling stuck? Not quite feeling like you?
Life can change in ways we never expected. Work, relationships, family, confidence, identity, sometimes you can look around and think, “How did I end up here?”
You don't need all the answers. Let's talk it through, untangle what's going on and work out what comes next.
I use a combination of CBT, ACT, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, depending on what you need and what feels right for you.

About

Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m a Thought Therapist, and I work with women who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or simply unsure what comes next.
Maybe your mind never seems to switch off. Maybe you're overthinking everything, second-guessing yourself or finding it hard to know what you actually want.
Life changes too, relationships, work, family, confidence, identity. Sometimes you can find yourself wondering, “When did I lose sight of what I want?”
My job isn't to tell you what to do or give you a magic fix. It's to give you a space to talk things through, understand what's really going on and look at things from a different perspective.
I draw on CBT, ACT, hypnotherapy and mindfulness, choosing what feels most useful for you.
No judgement. No pretending you've got it all together. Just somewhere to work things through.
Feel more like you.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

01 — LET'S TALK
Sometimes you just need somewhere to talk things through.
Maybe there's something that's been playing on your mind. Maybe you're overthinking a decision, feeling stuck, or wondering what you actually want.
Our sessions are relaxed, conversational and completely focused on you. We might talk, laugh, question things, look at a situation differently or work out what you want to do next.
I'll draw on CBT, ACT, hypnotherapy and mindfulness where they're useful, but you don't need to know which approach you need. That's my job.
There's no judgement, no pressure to have it all figured out, and no expectation that you need to become a different person.
Just a proper conversation, with a therapist who gets it.
